TULI LABS Lip Liner 02

Tuli Labs Lipliner 02 is a combination of intense pigmentation and a velvety finish. A precise lip liner with a soft texture that makes it easy to emphasize the contour and give the lips a harmonious shape. Its smooth-gliding formula allows you to create fluid, aesthetic lines and fill the lips with color in an even and comfortable way. Shade 02 was developed to blend perfectly with both natural lip colors as well as most classic shades of Tuli Labs lipsticks and lip glosses. The liner can be used both to outline the contour and on the entire surface of the lips, giving them a consistent, elegant tone. Its pigmentation enables precise application, and the stable formula helps to achieve the effect of carefully finished makeup. It is a practical cosmetic that allows you to optically even out the shape of the lips and refine the makeup in a quick, convenient way.

How to use: Apply the liner to the lip contour, starting from the center of the upper lip and leading the line towards the corners. Then outline the lower lip to even out the shape and emphasize the contour. You can also fill the entire lips with the liner to obtain a longer-lasting color and a matte finish.
