Shade 04 was developed to blend perfectly with both natural lip colors and most classic shades of Tuli Labs lipsticks and lip glosses. The liner can be used both to outline the contour and on the entire surface of the lips, giving them a consistent, elegant tone. Its pigmentation enables precise application, and the stable formula helps to achieve the effect of carefully finished makeup. It is a practical cosmetic that allows you to optically even out the shape of the lips and refine the makeup in a quick, convenient way.

How to use: Apply the liner to the lip contour, starting from the center of the upper lip and leading the line towards the corners. Then outline the lower lip to even out the shape and emphasize the contour. You can also fill the entire lips with the liner for a longer-lasting color and a matte finish.
