You can easily and cheaply return goods bought from us at any InPost Parcel Locker

In our store you don’t have to worry about choosing the wrong size or that the product will not meet your expectations in any way. Thanks to our integration with low-cost returns via InPost Parcel Lockers, you shop without stress or fear that returning a product will be troublesome.

According to applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple return creator, which allows you to send the return package through an InPost Parcel Locker.

We have chosen InPost as our trusted partner for return shipments because of:

Simple handling of returns — you select the item, generate and print the shipping label, and send the package from any Parcel Locker in Poland (remember that the label is valid for 30 days);

1 Print the form Generate the return documents along with the address labels, then print them.

2 Send the package Place the packaged product together with the return document into a box and seal it well.

3 Refund You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive your return.

Details of the return steps:

Log in to your account and select the item you want to return;
In the following steps, choose the option “I will use the store’s shipment” and select how you want to receive your refund;
Generate the return documents and address labels, print them, and be sure to sign the return document;
Place the packaged product together with the return document in a shipping box and seal it well. You may reuse the box in which you received your order. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker and send the package quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that package dimensions must not exceed 41 × 38 × 64 cm and weight must not exceed 25 kg.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually it takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you provide proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising your statutory right to withdraw from the contract and does not limit it in any way.
